Some important facts I learnt after purchasing this time share.
They do have an annual association fee. 2020 is paid off.

There is also an annual property tax of $50.02. Next taxes are due in Jan 2021
There is a cleaning fee of $35 each time you use it.
You can divide the week into the weekend and the weekdays. However there is an additional charge to do this.
Book at the beginning of the year.
You can exchange or 'bank' your week for a couple of years
